 LOCATION
 Former capital of silk, tourist and commercial hub of the Cevennes, Saint-Ambroix is located in a triangle between prestigious Mediterranean Sea, the Cevennes National Park and part of Provençal Rhone valley and Camargue.
Through its special geographical location, Saint Ambroix constitutes the starting point of many tourist itineraries. Route 904 will link the A7, A9 and A75. Saint Ambroix is a historic city, its existence is lost in the mists of time, the Celts and the Romans left traces of their passage.
